However, after 10 years or so of this practice- it must lead some to believe, is this another blatant sweeping under the rug of an High Ranking order gone Epically wrong in every way, or a way to keep our city safe, when crime stats show an all time low, although policies indicate contradiction and open probe into corruption, and everyone hates the sound of a scandal- lauxd have mercy.
